igloo rental waiver & agreement

RENTAL POLICIES

CAPACITY:

Maximum of 6 people per igloo.

TIMELINESS:

If the renting party is 10 minutes or more late, the igloo will be released and made available for re-rental.

PAYMENT:

All rental fees are due at the Admission Barn prior to use.

RATES:

Monday - Thursday: $20/hour
Friday - Sunday: $35/hour

LIABILITY WAIVER

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I accept full responsibility for myself and all members of my party while using the igloo rental space.
I understand that Holiday Whopla dba: Reimagine Ice Rink, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur during use of the igloo.
I agree to use the igloo respectfully and will be responsible for any damages caused by myself or members of my party.
I understand that failure to follow staff instructions or rink policies may result in removal without refund.
